FAQs

Hopefully you have chosen me to design your branding or website based on my style or some of my previous projects.

My process is a collaborative effort, which means that even though I’m doing the main leg work, you’re involved in each step of the way. I use online tools and in-depth communication to give you the transparency you need to have full confidence in the final result. I have carefully refined my process over the years and

I’m constantly looking for new ways to make it as uncomplicated and enjoyable for you as possible.

Sadly not.

Every brand I work with is so bespoke and unique. Each one requires different functionalities and elements to boost it in the right direction. This makes it pretty impossible to give you a straight-forward quote when I’m yet to find out what your business requires.

Once your design requirements have been established, I will be able to provide you with a tailored quote.

In this case, you are the designer and you simply need someone who can execute your idea using computer software.

I bring strategic & creative thinking as well as execution to a project, and that’s more than you’re looking for. I’m not the right fit for you.

Although I am happy to help you develop this, all initial copy must be provided by you as you would like it to be read/printed. Your business voice is so unique and influential that it has to come from you!

Of course!

My clients come from all corners of the country so I have developed a smooth and easy process to accommodate this. The internet is a wonderful thing, and all work and communication during our project is shared easily through email, Asana & Google Drive.

I don’t.

I work with you to create print-ready designs which you can then take to your local printer. This way you can be assured that you are receiving the best service from professionals on both ends.
